Hanse 400
Our 2006 Hanse 400 has a striking blue hull and beautiful teak decks. She is truly a stunning, high quality yacht. Please refer to Why Hanse in Yacht Sales for more information on what makes a Hanse better. Sailing performance is perhaps her most notable feature. With a large main that can be effectively reefed, and a self tacking headsail, she is the easiest large boat that really sail well that we have ever found. She is perhaps the only boat of her size where all the sheets can be trimmed from the helm, allowing one person to sail her with ease. Let your crew do what they enjoy (a hint - this generally does not include sheeting in large headsails!), while you enjoy the feel of the roller bearing steering system with finger tip control.
Our Hanse also has more sail area than our competitors, so you can actually sail, instead of bobbing around in the light stuff. When the wind picks up, you'll appreciate her stiffness and stability, thanks to the lead bulb.
Down below, the spacious 3-stateroom layout allows everyone to spread out in their own cabins or enjoy the leather upholstery in the main salon and beautifully varnished woodwork. Her Bose speakers can be directed out the cockpit or into the main salon, and the Ipod jack allows you to hear just what you want. The midships head includes a stall shower with a glass folding door. There is a second head in the large forward owner’s stateroom. This cabin has plenty of room for all your gear and a very large berth. For 2007, we will be adding an asymetical spinnaker and a bimini, for even more comfort and performance. Also, our Hanse 400 has the 2nd forward head.

J44
J44's are built for fast, safe, and comfortable offshore sailing, with a strong, tough hull lay-up. We guarantee grins as these superb yachts get up to speed, and you'll be even happier settled into the comfortable accommodations below. After a day of sailing past boats 10' larger, it's nice to relax! Both yachts offer large forward staterooms with very spacious V-berths, along with double berths in the two aft cabins, allowing comfortable three-couple cruising. Our J44 was rebuilt in 1998, when we added a second head just aft of the nav station, and lots of other cruising gear, including refrigeration, a propane stove and oven, 1000-watt inverter, a stereo / CD system, oversized batteries, watermaker, a roller furling genoa system, and a self-flaking full batten main with a low-friction track system. She has a dodger, bimini, and autopilot for comfortable sailing, and normally comes with an easy-to-tack 100% jib. Since we use her for offshore classes, her safety and navigation systems are extensive, and include Ockam instruments, weatherfax, radar, Differential GPS with plotter, SSB, 406 Epirb, etc.
